We will kick off the afternoon with a short presentation from John Stafford, VP of Collaboration - Physical Security at HBS, about AI's influence on physical security technology and taking a proactive approach to preventing threats. Following this presentation, you will hear from Sam White with Vertiv on their latest power solution updates within datacenters and computer rooms. After the presentation, there will be an opportunity for Q&A and networking all while enjoying complimentary food and beverages!

4:30 PM - Presentation 1: Proactive Physical Security - As AI expands the possibilities for physical security, we have the opportunity to use AI and security technologies to take a more proactive approach to threats. "Left of Bang," meaning "before the shot," refers to acting ahead of time to identify and possibly prevent incidents. How can we better protect our employees, customers, and students by anticipating threats before they occur? And when an event does happen, how can we equip responders with more accurate, real-time information to streamline their response and effectively neutralize the threat?
