Heartland Business Systems acquires the assets of Integrated Imaging, Inc, expanding services offering.
Heartland Business Systems, LLC (“Heartland”) entered into an agreement to acquire certain assets of Integrated Imaging, Inc. (“Integrated Imaging”), a regional leader in document and data imaging services. The addition of Integrated Imaging and its service offerings aligns with Heartland’s vision of accelerating innovation that enables digital enterprise.
Integrated Imaging customers are expected to benefit from this acquisition as it will provide expanded service offerings and additional technology support. Heartland intends to preserve and enhance the customers’ investments in the solutions provided by Integrated Imaging, as Heartland has done with its other acquisitions.
Integrated Imaging, Inc. began in Appleton, Wisconsin in 1950 as Wisconsin Microfilm Service, Inc. In 1991, to respond to the evolution of digital document management technologies, the Company changed its name to Integrated Imaging, Inc. Today Integrated Imaging, Inc. maintains a significant market share in document management solutions and services in Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.
Heartland was founded on developing technology based vertical markets such as Small / Medium Business, K-12 Education, Public Sector, and Healthcare by offering solutions specific to that vertical, such as Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM, Qlik, Off-Site Backup, Voice & Video Collaboration, storage, perimeter security, access & Physical security, low voltage cabling and mobility solutions.
